This mask is recommended for use with organic gases, dust, pesticides, painting, and solvents in the automotive, construction, agriculture, and shipyard industries.

The compact, lightweight, and flexible design adapts perfectly to the face, offering a full range of visibility without interfering with other eye or ear protection that users may wear.

The gas cartridges contain specific activated carbon granules with optimized characteristics such as pore size, grain size, activity level, and density, providing maximum adsorption performance and very low breathing resistance.

Each respirator comes pre-fitted with two gas or combined gas and particulate cartridge filters, offering protection against a range of gases, vapours, dust, and mists. The cartridges can be easily replaced with new SPR341 filters.

CERTIFICATIONS: EN 140:1998 + EN 14387:2004 + A1:2008 (suited for organic gases and dust)

EFFICIENCY: P3 >99.95% for 0.3 Ī¼m particulate. At 1000 ppm: A1 >70 minutes cyclohexane.

MATERIAL

  • Mask: Made from medical-grade TPE, conforming to ISO 10993-10: 2010 standards for irritation. The mask body is latex-free, silicone-free, and odour-free. It features a valve body made of nylon, with inhalation and exhalation diaphragms made of silicone. The mask includes a four-point adjustable elasticated head and neck strap with a comfort pad in TPE.
  • Gas Filters: Activated carbon sealed into an ABS shell.
  • Particulate Filters: Mechanical multi-layer HESPA synthetic media, with flexible TPE over mould and encapsulation. Particulate filters are permanently integrated with the carbon element.

STORAGE LIFE: 3 years for mask and filters

Working on a quick-spray herbicide rig for few years now, Iā€™ve found this to be one of the best respirators available. As an ABE1P3-rated mask, it provides comprehensive protection against both organic/inorganic vapours and fine mist particulatesā€”something a standard P2 mask simply cannot achieve. Breathability is excellent, even during physically demanding work, and the facial seal is highly effective. Even when standing right next to the spray pump, thereā€™s no detectable combustion fumes or chemical odour, which gives real confidence in its performance. šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘
